Dr Lavan was absolutely brilliant, he listened and took great care to really listen and understand me. I for once, didn't feel quite so judged by a doctor, I felt comfortable and in control of my own medical care, which you don't get enough of something nowadays.Absolute and extremely confidence.

Amazing service! I booked an appointment whilst on our way to Gatwick Airport from Cheshire. I suspected my daughter had Croup and was worried to fly without consultation with a GP. You are able to cancel your appointment by sending us an email to [email protected] or by calling us on 02033710995. Please note, we cannot process a refund but can rearrange your appointment to another time.
You can certainly book an appointment with a doctor of your choice, but please note that the doctor you would like to be seen by may not be working on the day of your preferred choice. We can move your appointment to the day the doctor is working. All our doctors are GMC registered and highly experienced. So regardless of the doctor you see you can rest assured you will receive the best care possible under Gogodoc’s care.Â
You are able to book follow up appointments for continued care and follow ups. The doctor will also be in touch with you to discuss any results following any blood test or referral that may arise from your consultation at Gogodoc.Â
If you have booked an appointment with us and you think that your situation is worsening, you should IMMEDIATELY STOP using Gogodoc and call 999 or 111.
