2. Who are the doctors at Gogodoc?

All doctors at Gogodoc are GMC-registered physicians who bring their expertise and years of specialisation to provide general medical care.

3. Is Gogodoc accessible 24/7?

Yes. We operate 24/7. Our doctors are available anytime, anywhere to provide medical assistance to people who need medical support and care at their convenience.

6. What are the charges for the services?

The fees of our services vary depending on type, such as:

7. What should I do in case of a medical emergency?

Gogodoc does not currently provide or should not be opted for during medical emergencies. For medical situations that need quick assistance, we recommend reaching 999 or 111 immediately. Do not seek help from Gogodoc for urgent medical problems, whether yours or someone else's.

Booking & Appointments

9. Do I need to register to use Gogodoc services?

Not required. To access our services immediately, you are not required to sign up or register. You can book an appointment or avail of our services directly when needed.

10. How far in advance can I book an appointment?

At Gogodoc, our medical services and physicians are available 24/7. So, you can arrange a visit the same day or in advance depending on your availability or flexibility.

11. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, of course. We provide people the convenience to cancel or reschedule their appointments subject to our booking policy. Please refer to our terms and conditions for any cancellation fees.

12. Can I get a consultation outside of London?

While the primary service area of Gogodoc is within London Zones 1-4, we can accommodate consultations outside of this area upon request.

13. What types of consultations Gogodoc provides?

From GP home visits and in-clinic consultations to Telephone consultations and Video consultations, Gogodoc provides flexible consultation at your comfort.

14. How long does a consultation last?

Our standard consultations last for at least 20 minutes. However, depending on individual cases and concerns, we can arrange longer appointments if required.

15. Can I request a female GP?

Absolutely. We do our best to accommodate patient preferences. If you prefer to see a female general physician, please inform us during the appointment booking process.

Prescriptions & Referrals

16. Can Gogodoc issue repeat prescriptions?

It's possible. Gogodoc can provide repeat prescriptions for your ongoing conditions and medications after your initial consultation.

17. Will I get a referral if needed?

Yes. If your condition requires more personalised and special care, Gogodoc can refer you to the right specialists or arrange services accordingly.

18. Are prescriptions included in the consultation price?

Yes. You can expect your prescription to be included in the fee of your consultation. Gogodoc mandates no additional charges and offers you excellent value for your care.

19. GP Home Visits

  • How do GP home visits work?

Our general physicians will visit your preferred location for a comprehensive 20-minute consultation, whether at home, office or elsewhere as per your flexibility. They also provide prescriptions and referrals as needed at no extra charge.

  • How quickly can a GP visit be arranged?

You can opt for a same-day consultation, which we can arrange within a few hours of booking, depending on the doctor's schedule and your location.

20. In-Clinic Consultations

Gogodoc Clinics has the primary address at 104 Harley Street, London with multiple branches located across the city conveniently.

●   Whatis the cost of an in-clinic consultation?

Our standard in-clinic appointments start from £99, inclusive of basic services.

21. Telephone Consultations

·   What happens during a telephone consultation?

During a telephonic consultation, our general physical will discuss your medical history, your concerns and your treatment plan over the call. The GP will also advise the best course of action for your condition and issue prescriptions or referrals if needed.

 

·   How long does a telephone consultation last?

A standard telephone appointment may last 15-20 minutes, which provides time for thorough assessment.


22. Video Consultations

Do I need to download any software for a video consultation?

No. You are not required to download any special software for a video GP consultation. You'll receive a secure link for your video consultation after booking.

 

What is the fee for a video consultation?

Online video consultations at Gogodoc are available for £70 per session. Book your appointment today for more information.


23. Referrals and Prescriptions

• Can I request a specialist referral?

Yes. Our GPs can refer you to the right specialists as part of your consultation when it is clinically necessary.

• Is there any additional prescription cost in a consultation?

No. Gogodoc does not charge you extra for prescription writing. Prescriptions are generally provided during your appointment.

24. Sick Notes

Can I get a sick note from Gogodoc?

Yes. Our doctors provide sick notes for the workplace or school after an appropriate consultation and assessment.

Are there additional charges for a sick note?

No. Sick notes are included in your consultation fee. No extra charge is required.

25. PCO Driver Medical Checks

What does the PCO driver medical check involve?

Our medical check for PCO drivers includes a complete evaluation which meets all DVLA requirements for obtaining or renewing your Private Hire Driver license.

How do I schedule a PCO medical check?

You can easily book your PCO medical check through our online booking system or by speaking directly with our team. They can arrange your PCO medical check when required.

26. Fit-to-Fly Certificates

What is a Fit-to-Fly certificate?

A Fit-to-Fly certificate is a formal medical clearance or documentation that confirms your fitness for air travel based on current health standards.

What information is included on the certificate?

Your Fit-to-Fly certificate documents your medical fitness status and the official date of issuance and features authorized GP certification with a verified signature.

27. Weight Loss Programs

What does the weight loss program include?

Our weight loss program provides comprehensive and individualised medical support, including one-on-one consultations with our physicians, personalised lifestyle modifications, dietary and exercise recommendations, continuous monitoring and prescription medication if/when appropriate for your health goals.


Can weight loss medication be prescribed?

Our doctors can prescribe proper weight loss medication following a thorough medical evaluation to ensure it is safe and suitable for your exact condition.

28. Specialist Physiotherapy at Home

What happens during physiotherapy at home?

During your home physiotherapy session, our qualified therapist will perform a full examination, recommend hands-on treatment and instruct you on specific exercises tailored to your recovery needs.

How do I arrange physiotherapy sessions?

You can book physiotherapy sessions through our online booking platform or by reaching the dedicated Gogodoc team directly.

29. Diagnostic Services

Which diagnostic tests do Gogodoc offers?

We provide a complete range of diagnostic and pathological solutions including blood tests, different imaging studies such as X-rays and ultrasounds and cardiac monitoring through ECGs.


Where can I get tests done?

You can avail of the diagnostic services either by booking our home testing facility or at our network of fully equipped partner clinics for complicated screenings, depending on the specific test requirements.

30. COVID-19 Testing

What COVID-19 tests are offered at Gogodoc?

At Gogodoc, we provide COVID-19 tests, including both rapid antigen testing for immediate results and laboratory-processed PCR testing for maximum accuracy administered by our trained medical professionals by following current health authority standards.


Can I use Gogodoc’s COVID-19 test for travel purposes?

If you need a Fit-to-Fly certificate, you'll receive it with a negative COVID-19 test result.

31. Vaccinations

What vaccinations are available?

We offer a complete range of vaccinations including annual flu protection, travel immunisations and routine immunisations for all age groups recommended by health authorities.


Can I book a vaccine at home?

Yes. For your convenience, we can provide you with vaccines during a home visit in advance if you prefer. It ensures safety and convenience in your own environment.

Insurance & Payment

32. Do you accept private health insurance?

Currently, we do not accept health insurance. You need to make an upfront payment for all services.

33. What payment methods are accepted?

For patients' convenience, we accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payments.

34. Are there any additional travel charges?

For consultations outside of our standard service areas, travel fees may apply.

35. Do I need to download an app to use Gogodoc?

No app download is required. You can access all our services through our website or by phone.

36. Is my data secure?
